In the heart of Normandy, on the edge of the Suisse Normande, you will find the Hôtel de la Poste opposite the Château de la Fresnaye.
The establishment has 17 well-appointed rooms, a dining room with 70 covers which has been redecorated in pastel colours, and a small, intimate room which can seat 20 for your family celebrations and other gatherings.

Madame Boutmy, the chef, worked in several great restaurants ranked among the best in Canada, and then came and settled in Falaise. A member of the “Cuisiniers de France” and the “Toques Normandes” (Chefs’ Associations), committed to upholding the best culinary tradition, she offers you her specialities.
